If we suspect fraudulent account activities or behaviour we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

London Musk only sells 100% genuine products, we do not sell any fakes or replicas.

All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or by Paypal London Musk will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated with your chosen method of payment.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT. If you have used our Translate facility, please note that prices will still be charged in respective currency, be sure again while making the payment.

London Musk does not store any credit or debit card details. All card payments are made through Datacash which is a secure site.

The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.

Orders may be subjected to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. London Musk reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, London Musk reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.

London Musk reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.

London Musk reserves the right to withdraw, restrict use of promotional codes, and restrict use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

In no case shall London Musk, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All our perfume/ fragrance products are for external use only, may cause skin irritation. By accepting the terms the buyer will use the product/s at own risk. For allergen and ingredients please refer to the ingredients guide at the base of the packaging. By purchasing our products you are agreeing that London Musk is not liable for improper use.

Once an order has been placed, London Musk are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.

London Musk reserves the right to leave blank any gift cards which are deemed to contain offensive or inappropriate language.
If London Musk is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable, we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. London Musk will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the UK these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
Please notify London Musk, if your UK order which was dispatched by Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery has not arrived after 15 working days. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 30 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed ‘missing’ and we can offer a replacement or refund.No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.

Due to restrictions shipping certain products to destinations off the mainland UK, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this be the case, London Musk will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given London Musk express permission to do so.

Any complaints should be made by writing an email to (info@londonmusk.com). Where possible, we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days and the customer will be informed of all progress.

London Musk shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
